PARKING
Garage or Driveway, note garage door open manually with the pull down bar/hook that hangs on the inner side of the roller door , note garage width is narrow so please use mirrors or an extra set of eyes to back in safely
SNOWCLEARING
Driveway will be clear on your arrival, any additional snow falls will be guest’s responsibility, all tools provided
Note: local council clears al main roads as required through the early mornings, This does create noise , however you will know it will be a good on the mountain when this occurs!
KEROSINE HEATERS In JAPAN
The most common form of heating in Japan Requires the manual filling of a “cassette” tank lift and remove tank from the top of the heater .Kerosene tank and filled via a 12v powered pump from a storage drum
Heater is started with a large start button that will take a couple of minutes to prime start up
Two x 20L drums of kerosene will provided on check in , additional kerosene can be purchased at the local service station

WASTE and RECYCLING
In Japan waste and recycling management is very regulated
Generally 3 separate bags used
Clear bags are provided in kitchen pantry
1/Recyclable items -bottles, cans
2/combustibles - Items unsuitable for recycling that can be combusted (incinerated)
3/non combustibles -items that can’t be recycled or combusted
Recycling & Waste shed is about 20m from the house (same side , towards the train station) See photos
7 eleven is also a option for some recycling and waste on smaller levels
SUPERMARKETS
7 Eleven & Daichi Mart both about 5 minutes walk or 1 minute drive
CHECK OUT
By 10am (unless otherwise arranged)
House can left open on departure (House keeping will happen shortly after departure)
Please leave the property as you arrived (as best possible)
Door Key back in key box and car key on dinning table
If transport is required to the train station please arrange prior to departure.
