    All online orders over $100.00 will recieve free shipping from Whiteroom Australia wide .  Most orders will be processed and shipped within 24-36 hours (1-2 DAYS) of order being placed. If there is going to be a delay we will notify you. 

    Orders under $100.00 will be required to pay the $15 flat rate shipping costs. 

    Orders can also be Picked up Instore at either Whiteroom in Torquay or Greenroom in Ocean Grove. 



    A physical postal address must be given.

    Whiteroom uses a number of ways to get your order to you in the most efficient way.  You will have your transaction receipt emailed to you as well as a tracking number and Australia POST login details (   )that will allow you to keep track or your package.


    Here are some approximate shipping times, please allow extra time for outlying areas...

    Victoria, NSW & SA - 2 to 3 business days

    Queensland - 3 to 5 business days 

    WA, North QLD & others - 5 to 10 business day


    How can I check the status of my order?


    Whiteroom makes contact with you a few times through your purchase.  You will receive an order confirmation from us via email when you place your order.  Once the purchase has been confirmed at our end we will email you a purchase receipt as well as your tracking info and Australia Post login so you can keep an eye on things every step of the way.


    If for some reason you did not get the right info or there is still a problem please call or email us.

    My order has not arrived what do I do?

    Your order more than likely was shipped from Whiteroom within 24-36 hours of placing order.  If for any reason there is a delay we will let you know.  Depending on where you are (see below) deliveries can be delayed by Australia Post for reasons beyond our control.  You will receive an email from us with your purchase receipt tracking number with details on how to login to Australia Post.  Using this you will be able to see where your order is.
