    Our Current COVID-19 Shipping Status UPDATED 11/5/20

    During this time, we are seeing increases in online orders and due to the current COVID-19 situation we are taking extra steps and precautions to ensure the safety of our customers. This may mean we are a little slower than normal, most order will be dispatched within 2 - 3 business days after they are placed.

    Due to COVID-19, there are also significant delays across the Australia Post Network and your parcel may take longer than estimated to arrive.

    WHITEROOM IS CURRENTLY OFFERING FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA PURCHASES OVER $100.00*

    Whiteroom offers Free Shipping* Australia wide for orders over $100 excluding to remote regional areas. Additional shipping fees may apply for remote regional areas, please contact us for accurate pricing. Orders under $100 will be required to pay the $15 flat rate shipping costs.

    *Free shipping is standard on orders over $100 but does NOT include orders to remote regional areas. Whiteroom will contact you if additional shipping fees apply to your order.

    Orders can also be picked up Instore at either Whiteroom in Torquay or Greenroom in Ocean Grove. For more information on instore pick up please contact us.

    For pre order items we cannot provide a guaranteed shipping date but pre orders are given priority and will be shipping immediately once stock has arrived instore.

    We do NOT ship to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. As most of our items are bulky and oversized, they are shipped by couriers who required a business or street address and someone present to receive the goods between 9am-5pm.

    Once your order has been shipped you will receive all relevant shipping information to follow the progress of your order. If you are not present when the delivery is attempted, Whiteroom cannot guarantee it will be re-delivered in a timely manner.

    Estimated Shipping Times

    Whiteroom uses several ways to get your order to you in the most efficient way. You will receive an order confirmation receipt via email when your order is placed, you will get a second email once the shipment of your order has been confirmed with your tracking information. 

    Most orders will be processed and shipped within 1 - 2 business days of placing order, If for any reason, there is a delay we will get in contact with you.

    Here are some approximate shipping times, please allow extra time for remote regionals areas. Please be aware that the regular transit times below are significantly impacted by COVID-19 delays.

    • Victoria, NSW & SA: 2 - 3 Business days
    • Queensland: 3 - 5 Business days 
    • WA, North QLD & Other Rural Areas: 5 - 10 Business days

     

    How can I check the status of my order?

    Whiteroom contacts you a few times through your purchase. You will receive an order confirmation from us via email when you place your order. Once the purchase has been confirmed we will email you a purchase receipt as well as your tracking information so you can keep an eye on things every step of the way.

    If for some reason you did not get the right information or there is still a problem, please feel free to call or email us.

    My order has not arrived what do I do?

    Your order will be shipped from Whiteroom within 1 - 2 business days of placing order. If for any reason, there is a delay we will get in contact with you. Please bear in mind, that delivery estimates are calculated from the time of dispatch, rather than from the moment the order was placed.

    Each product is carefully picked and packed by hand, these estimates can vary, particularly during busy times of the year.

    Please note, once your order has been picked from our store, any delays are outside of our control and we cannot dictate delivery time or foresee any delay during the delivery process. We do apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.
