At Whiteroom Snow, we're committed to offering premium snowboard gear at competitive prices. If you find the same product advertised for less by another eligible Australian retailer, we'll do our best to match the price.

How It Works

If you've found a lower advertised price on an identical product, simply get in touch with us before placing your order.

To be eligible for a price match, the product must:

• Be the same brand, model, colour, size and season/year (where applicable)

• Be brand new and identical in every way

• Be in stock and available for immediate purchase from both Whiteroom Snow and the competing retailer

• Be advertised by an eligible Australian retailer

Once we receive your request, our team will verify the competitor's advertised price, product details and stock availability. If it meets our Price Match criteria, we'll match the price.

Price Match Conditions

Our Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

• Clearance, liquidation or closeout sales

• Ex-demo, refurbished, seconds or damaged products

• Marketplace sellers (including Amazon, eBay, Catch and similar platforms)

• Online-only retailers without a physical Australian retail store

• Manufacturer websites selling directly to consumers

• Member-only pricing, loyalty rewards, coupon codes or promotional offers

• Finance offers, cashback promotions or bundled deals

• Individual quotes or negotiated pricing

• The competing retailer must offer free shipping or have the shipping price factored in

Price matched purchases cannot be combined with any other promotional offer, discount code or coupon.

Products purchased using our Price Match Guarantee are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange due to change of mind.

Our team will review your request as quickly as possible and let you know the outcome.

Please note: All price match requests are assessed at the discretion of Whiteroom Snow. We reserve the right to decline a price match where the offer does not meet the conditions outlined above.
