Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

By placing a pre-order with Whiteroom, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders allow you to purchase a Whiteroom product before it is available for general release.

By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the product and agreeing to pay the listed price at the time of purchase.

2. Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing your pre-order unless otherwise stated.

Once payment has been made, your order will be held for you and processed when the product becomes available.

3. Estimated Delivery

Any release or delivery dates shown on the website are estimated dates only.

While we aim to deliver your order within the stated timeframe, production, manufacturing, shipping or other unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

We will provide updates where there are significant changes to the expected delivery timeframe.

4. Changes to Pre-Orders

Product details, including colours, materials, sizing, graphics or other specifications, may be subject to minor changes before production.

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure the final product matches the product information shown at the time of pre-order.

5. Cancellations

Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to our cancellation policy.

If Whiteroom cancels a pre-order because we are unable to fulfil it, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid for that pre-order.

6. Delays

Pre-order products may take longer to arrive than standard in-stock products.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge that the estimated delivery date may change and agree that reasonable delays do not automatically entitle you to compensation.

If a delay becomes substantial, Whiteroom will provide an update and, where required by Australian Consumer Law, provide any applicable remedies.

7. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms & Conditions.

If a product is faulty, significantly different from its description, or Whiteroom is otherwise unable to fulfil its obligations, you may be entitled to a refund, replacement or other remedy as required by law.

8. Shipping

Pre-order items will be shipped once they are available.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, your items may be shipped together with the pre-order unless otherwise stated.
